You can train like a guy and push the biggest, heaviest weights all day long but you simply won’t end up big and bulky, not even close.

Testosterone is the biggest driver in building muscle and girls have only 5-10% of what guys do. Low testosterone = less muscle.
Building muscle takes A LOT of effort
Our bodies aren’t built for it so you need to really push yourself to even build a teeny bit of muscle. Pushing weights which weigh less than your handbag ain’t going to cut it if you want to see a genuine change. If it did you could sprout a bicep simply by picking up your purse/cat/the kettle.
Your body needs plenty of fuel
You need plenty of fuel and protein to build more muscle; this is why guys who are training to pack of size will be eating upwards of 3000+ calories a day. Assuming you don’t eat like a protein-hungry horse, you can weight train all day long and not see significant muscle growth.
Girls with man-muscle physiques are on steroids (AKA synthetic testosterone)
If they don’t look natural, they’re not. Publicly, they will deny it ofc, because most of these women are competing in body building comps where drug use is prohibited. But trust me; they are getting a lot of help from roids along with a nasty dose of side effects.
So, if you do wanna develop kick-ass feminine muscle, pick up a weight that makes you work.
If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Simple.
